All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Processing time usually takes 1-5 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days of the date that the order was placed

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Expedited shipping is available for all items. When you select expedited shipping, an estimated shipping charge is computed at checkout. If we are unable to meet your expedited shipping request or the actual costs of expedited shipping vary from our estimate, we will contact you directly.
TRACKING ORDERS
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on goodejump.com click on the Order Status link and fill in the information required.
When calculating your arrival date, note that shipments and deliveries are on weekdays only.
